Thank goodness for this app! I usually have 3-4 things on the stove, especially during the holidays, any holiday! Love this app!!
Love ability to set 3 timers and label each. Only miss the option to select a fun alarm, I had a rooster crowing on my last timer which was fun. :)
Please add more sous chef tech! As a starting chef this app is very helpful. Maybe menu planning next?
Works great. Much easier to carry around and keep track of the timing than to keep going back to the kitchen to check time remaining. Also, can easily time multiple items.
I like this app because it has 5 timers. The user interface is much easier to use than the built-in clock app, because I dont have to, for example, add 17 minutes to 4:52 PM in my head while stirring a roué and lowering the oven temp. Instead, this app gives me 5 simple countdown timers
Further, I can label each timer. When Ive got two pots going and something in the oven and something else in the toaster oven, I want a timer that is easy to set and that tells me which timer goes with which dish.
Beep..beep..beep "Is that the rice or the roast thats done?"
The labels let me know its the rice, "Hey turn off and fluff the rice; the roasts got another 6 minutes to cook."
Highly recommended.
Only downside is the free version occasionally runs full-screen animated ads, sometimes just as you want to set or clear a timer. This was irritating, but I liked the app enough that I popped for the $2 to remove ads.
5 countdown timers and you can add labels. Just be careful not to accidentally reset one, ie, dont put you phone inyour pocket with the timer app on- screen. Also, buy the app or youll get occasional full-screen animated ads just when you want to set or clear a timer.
Some bad moments
Timers work well, wish I could save the conversions. Maybe for the next update? Overall a great app. Keep up the good work!
Used to store them in notes, but this is a much better place to store my favorite recipes.
Love the ability to keep track of multiple timers on the stove. Nice graphics too.
Works fine. The negatives are all fixable: the timer is not loud enough and there are no volume, length, or ding options.
The best timer Ive found for keeping up with anything! Only suggestion would be some good ringtones.
This app works for me however it would be nice if you could choose your own timer tones from the ones provided with the iPhone. Also, a little more volume for the tones as well.
